My sensitivity allows me today to work consciously with what the earth embodies. I owe it respect for what it is, and for the generations to come.

The bio-dynamic method introduced on the estate two decades ago gives back to the living all its reason to exist. But beyond this method, I do things with my heart and with my good farming sense.

The attention I pay to the elaboration of the vintages is driven by my passion for the earth, the vine and the wine.

I work to allow the "Earth" to give you the best of itself through the expression of my champagnes.

I devote all my energy to this.
