The principles of Biodynamics
In 1924, Rudolf Steiner noticed that after being nourished with poor quality food, he did not feel well. With the assistance of a number of forerunners in the agricultural world, he offered eight conferences on a new style of agriculture.
These are known as “The Agricultural Conferences” by Rudolf Steiner
The method of cultivation can be summed up in three ways:
- Soil and plant improuvement througt the application of plant, animal and mineral-based preparations.
- The application of these preparations at specific times in the year's cycles, according to a lunar and planetary calendar.
- Tilling the soil with a plough.
